Maple Valley Barbecue Company started with a simple conviction: real barbecue can't be rushed. Nestled along the Susquehanna River in Salisbury, we take our cues from the old-school smoking traditions of western Pennsylvania.

Every morning, our pit crew arrives before dawn to tend the fires. We use only locally sourced hardwoods and premium cuts, building flavor layer by layer over many hours. The result is meat that tells a story — tender, smoky, and deeply satisfying.
